Something new to try on the barbie

Saw this in the in-flight magazine. Looks interesting. The article says pine may impart good flavor as may oak. Just need to find one of these planks (or go off into the forest? :)

They have cedar ones at Costco. or go to the local wood store and get scrap pieces, make sure they're sanded or planed or you will end up with splinters in your food!
